HE TURNED DIRTY WATER TO WINE Have you read the story of Jesus turning water to win, oh! Did you know that it was a dirty-water? The water was gotten from a well and put inside the jar containing the remaining dirty water those who came for the wedding party used to wash their hands and feet before entering the party. It was the culture of the Jews to wash their hands and feet whenever they want to enter any wedding party before they do so Christ asked that they fill the remaining of the dirty water in the pot with water (see John 2). When the leaves of a plant is very greenish, herbivores (plant eating animals) will be attracted to the plants and they will destroy the plant but when its the flowers that is very beautiful, bees will be attracted to the plants and the plant will be fruitful and multiply instead. The part of us we spend time and resources decorating determines the kind of people we attract into our lives and the kind of people we attract either comes to make us more fruitful in life or destroy and devour our lives. One of my readers posted to me, pastor, men don’t think am beautiful, they call me ‘mama’ when am just 30 and I cry inside because I look big. I have done everything to reduce weight but nothing is changing; am dying pastor, help me. Like her, many are dying and so I want to give you four reasons why you are the most beautiful person in the whole world. I want you to know this because if you don’t, no one else will do.
