DON’T SIDE WITH NEGATIVITY BY YOUR WORDS And the inhabitant (Of Zion) shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.  Isaiah 33:24 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels. Heb. 12:22 The day you gave your life to Christ, you came to Zion the city of the living God. This means, you are in Zion now. Hebrews 12:22 says you are already come to mount Zion. Hallelujah! Once you are in Zion, there are certain words you shouldn’t say; Isaiah 33:24 says you should not say ‘I am sick’ Don’t side with negativity; death, weakness, sickness, bareness, poverty and hardship etc. with your words. Don’t say, I’m sick, I’m dying, I’m poor, I’m finished, it’s over for me, I can’t make it, I’m barren, it’s too difficult for me, it’s impossible and so on and so forth with your mouth. GOD IS PARTICULARLLY MINDFUL OF YOU What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?  Ps 8:4 God visits us because He is mindful of us. God is mindful of you because He knows how fragile your life is; your health is, the state of your relationship is, the state of your marriage is and the impact your poor finances would have on you. ARE YOU LONELY? READ THIS Loneliness is that feeling we get when we get betrayed by our spouse, abandoned by our trusted friends and deserted by people we care about. Man is a gregarious animal social science would say, he thrives in the company of others therefore when that company is denied him, he begins to feel lonely. God understands that feeling of loneliness, at a time; Jesus was abandon by His disciples. As a pastor, I can tell you, nothing hurts so much than see the member you’ve invested so much in desert you for another ministry or church without any good reason. That your spouse has left you, your friends have abandoned you and people are deserting you for whatsoever reason, doesn’t mean your life is over. HOW TO REALLY PUNISH THE ENEMY Our adversary is the devil and every human agent who have allowed himself to be used by this adversary to cause us harm. It’s easier to hate those who hate us, but what difference does that make of us seeing that unbelievers also hate those who hate them? (matt. 5:46) Loving those who hates us is the evidence that we are sons of God (Matt. 5:44-45). How will I know that the person I want to marry is God’s will for my life, the answer is simple, if she/he is not God’s will for your life, he/she won’t allow you live your life in accordance to God’s will Whoever that is pressuring you to sin, and to pursue career that you know is not God’s will for you is definitely not God’s ideal partner for you Spouses who are God’s will for us help us fulfill God’s purpose for our lives. ITS WRONG NOT TO BE HOPEFUL Hope is when we expect that things will get better; our broken marriage to heal, our health to be restored, our breakthrough to come, our womb to open up, and prosperity in life to happen etc. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Isaiah 53:5 says that you’ve been healed already by the stripes of Jesus Christ. This means, if you trust God’s word as a child of God and you are not healed, God’s word is lying in that verse of the scriptures. You know that he/she has anger issues, drinks and flirts and yet you want to commit your life to him/her because you feel you love him/her greatly, my friend, you are about to crash your life forever. Many marriages where one of the spouses is behaving very badly, the behaviour didn’t just spring-up, it has been there long before the marriage occurred. Many people commit their lives to someone that has some degree of behaviour that they can’t tolerate yet they went on to marry because they hoped he/she would change. Wedding ceremony doesn’t change anyone; it rather amplifies who such person is. When what you know about someone isn’t not what you can endure, don’t because of what you feel about that person override what you know.
