STRENGTHENING THE POOR 16

It was during the inaugural meeting of Rebrand Africa Nigeria in Lagos that I understood this concept very well, we discussed a business proposal and broke the risk down into units and many of those in the meeting bought the units and the risk got eliminated,  when we share a risk, it becomes no risk and when we share a profit, it becomes more profits because everyone who shared in the risk became more committed in making the business to work and expand which means more profit to everyone and little or no risk to anyone.

This is the secret to successful businesses all over the world, the risk is shared and the profit comes to all those who partook in sharing the risks. Because the risk has been shared amongst many, many people are now committed to making the business work out which means expansion and more profit for everyone.

Selfishness is the reason the black-man doesn't have a growing business; he wants the profits alone therefore the risk overwhelms him during the business.
To train the African child to become wealthy, let him break down his risks into units and sell the units to investors in his business plan.
The more people who buy into his risk, the more chance for his business to succeed and expand and multiply which means more profits.
Most African don't want to share their profits with anyone, some displaces those who helped them set up their businesses thus they forget the fewer people driving the business the less chance for the business to succeed.
Big businesses sell shares and keep selling shares to the public because they know that the more they sell their risks, the fewer risks they'll have to battle and the more chance for expansion and more profits.
This simple business technique is the difference between a rich man and a poor man.
People will buy into your business plan if you have reputation for integrity and if the plan is clear enough for everyone to understand. People would understand your business plan if the plan is clear to you first; your plan will be clear to you when you've tried to work it out before seeking for help.
God bless you
