IN YOUR YOUTH

A foreigner that came to Nigeria love the plantation of corn, not been informed about the weather condition of Nigeria planted corn in November, the corn died, planted again in December and the corn died, got discouraged, but anyway tried again in January and the corn failed, he gave up but during march, he noticed that a corn seed was growing on its own in his farm and so he immediately tilled and sowed again, this time the corn grew and bear fruits. In Nigeria if you want the natural condition of the weather to grow your corn, you must sow between March and August. When we sow seeds in the wrong time of our lives and for the wrong motives, we won’t get result but when we sow at the right time and for the right motives, we get the right result. Though seeds are powerful but we must acknowledge that seeds bear fruits when sowed during seed times.
When it’s the seed time? The youthful age is the seed time of one’s life.
La 3:27 It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.
This is the time to bear your yoke in studying, to bear your yoke in learning a skill, to bear your yoke in following your passion and destiny, to bear your yoke in fulfilling your mandate in the kingdom of God etc.
If you eat your seed now, you’ll forever remain average in life.
It’s not time to have the best phones, not time to have to best cloths, not time to watch all the movies in town, not time to tour the world, not time pleasure. If you waste your time and resources today, you’ll forever live below average.
If you want every other thing added to you, fill your heart with the word of God, train your hands to specialize on a good work, learn to use your kneels.

THE STRUGGLE FOR WHOM TO BELIEVE

After a program back in Nigeria early last year, a woman met me by the car and wants me pray for her conception, since she had a first son, having another has been difficult. As I was about to pray for her, I told her she is now pregnant by the word of God (Ex 23:26). Someone said because of the suffering he was passing through that God has ordained it therefore he is going to accept the financial barrenness as part of God’s plan for him.
