THE TIED COLT (see Matthew 21:2-9)

The bible recorded the story of a colt which has not been climbed for the first time because it was tied to a tree. This colt was denied usefulness when other colts of its age and size where put to use. Life for this colt was a life of bondage from the day of its birth till when Christ called for it. Those that tied it couldn’t hinder God from elevating it when it was time. This colt became the only colt in history that while it walked, even men bowed before it and spread their cloths and palm fronts for it to step upon. If this colt were to be alive today, millions will pay fortunes just to set eyes on it.
You too may have been born into bondage and you have struggled so much to break out yet to no avail, in your bondage you’ve seen less people get more successful than you and you are now feeling as if God has forsaken you. If see yourself daily in the bondage of sin, hardship, delays, and backwardness and you struggle and struggle for deliverance to no avail.
Well, if God can remember a colt that was tied in bondage and so exalted it, won’t He remember you too? Are you not better that many colts?
When it was time for this colt to get elevated not even those claiming ownership right over it could stop it, yes, when it’s your time, no power of darkness would be able to stop you from breaking through.
This colt’s bondage was its qualification for use, ‘Christ told His disciples to look for the colt that was tied’, yes, it’s those in bondage that Christ seeks to save and use and glorify.
Are you in bondage now, and everything seems not to be working, are you struggling in hardship and difficulties? Is everything not working out for you because of the limitation the devil has set for you? Hold on, Christ has come for you.
It’s your time to break-forth, this colt out shined other colts during its time, you will outshine all your compatriots in the name of Jesus.

THE STRUGGLE FOR WHOM TO BELIEVE

After a program back in Nigeria early last year, a woman met me by the car and wants me pray for her conception, since she had a first son, having another has been difficult. Someone said because of the suffering he was passing through that God has ordained it therefore he is going to accept the financial barrenness as part of God’s plan for him.
