LAUGH AND LEARN
At a social gathering, while people
were gathered and mingling, suddenly there was a strange sound and mist on the
stage and when the mist was cleared, behold it was the devil, and everyone
began to run away from the social hall except for a woman who sat tight on the
front row and this conversation ensued:
Devil: woman! Don’t you know who I
am?
Woman: of course I should.
Devil: if you know who I am, why didn’t you flee
like the rest?
Woman: why should I flee? Seeing I’ve
been married to your younger brother for 30 years now.
Yes, this just showed how some
families are, a family where the wife regards her husband as the devil and the
husbands thinks his wife is a witch, family where the man beats and abuses his
wife and the wife never stops nagging and cursing the husband. Families where
the husbands cheat and wives pay them back by committing adulteries.
You wonder why your husband ever
keeps behaving like the devil and why your wife ever keeps acting like a witch
when you were busy calling him devil and her witch.
Life gives to us what we call out of
it. If you call witchcraft out of your wife then don’t be perturbed if she
keeps behaving thus and if you call devil out of your husband don’t be
surprised to see him act wickedly to you.
God told Adam to give name to things
and whatsoever name he gives to things becomes the name those things would bear
and function in accordance to the definition of their names. yes, things take
the name and functions of whatsoever we call and name them; if you see goodness
and call your wife/husband good names he/she will begin to behave thus.
If your family is in shamble, you can
change that today; God gave you your mouth not to add salt to the injury but to
cure it. Start today by calling your spouse the name you would want them to
bear to you. Keep calling him/her sweet-heart; if he/she doesn’t sweeten your
heart today, he/she would tomorrow.
Never give you saying positive things
about your spouse.
God bless you
